Getting started
Joining YaMa and choosing the right client.
How do I join the servers?
Open the live server browser, choose a server and use its Connect button. The server detail page also shows the current scoreboard and population history.
What version of the game do I use?
YaMa runs on Plutonium. Download and install the appropriate client from the official Plutonium website.
Is this an official Call of Duty service?
No. YaMa Servers UK is a community-run network and is not affiliated with Activision or Plutonium.
Where are the servers hosted?
The servers are hosted in the United Kingdom and are presented as EU servers to welcome players from across Europe.

How do map and mode votes work?
Supported servers show a map and mode vote near the end of the match. Cast your vote on screen; the winning combination becomes the next rotation.
Which in-game commands can I use?
The player command directory is loaded live from IW4MAdmin, so it always reflects the commands currently available to ordinary players.
How often do the website statistics update?
Live server and player pages read directly from IW4MAdmin whenever they load. Server history is built from IW4MAdmin's recent population samples.
Moderation and security

What should I do if I encounter a cheater?
Use !rep <player> <reason> in game. Reports and available evidence are reviewed by administrators; chat accusations alone are not proof.
Why was I kicked?
Common causes include inactivity, a rule-breaking name, automated server protection or an administrator action. Ask on Discord if the reason is unclear.
Is anti-cheat used?
Yes. YaMa uses Plutonium, IW4MAdmin, monitoring and human evidence review to identify suspicious behaviour.
What if I was wrongly banned?
Check the public ban log, then use the private ban appeal form. Appeal evidence and staff discussion are not published.
How do I report a server problem?
Use the server issue form or contact the team on Discord.
Data and privacy
What the public site displays.
What data is collected?
IW4MAdmin records technical and gameplay data needed to operate and moderate the servers, including player identifiers, connection data, statistics and penalties. See the full Privacy and Terms page.
Does this website expose my IP or linked accounts?
No. The public pages deliberately use only live scoreboard fields, aggregate population data, public commands/rules and privacy-safe YaMaCommunity records.

How do I suggest a server change?
Browse the public suggestions and use the private submission form linked there. Published ideas can receive public status updates and admin replies.
Can I apply to become staff?
Recruitment is announced through Discord when roles become available.
